Shopping Cart Support Plans
Small Business Hoster has 2 levels of support for shopping cart owners. Of course, none is required, it is totally optional. And there are very supportive forums available at all of the shopping carts' own websites. We use those forums ourselves.
Silver Shopping Cart Support - We will do virtually all of the required maintenance and upkeep of your cart. We will make weekly price changes, add and remove products, add or remove categories and other cart changes according to a spreadsheet / database supplied by you. An annual contract is available for $ 15.00 per month or $ 150.00 annually.
Gold Shopping Cart Support - We will be responsible for all of the required maintenance and upkeep of your cart. We will monitor your supplier(s) databases and monthly make price changes, add and remove products, add or remove categories. We will also make any other cart changes as you direct us. An annual contract is available for $ 25.00 per month or $ 250.00 annually.
All support prices are in addition to any hosting charges. If you have Lifetime Hosting, then there would be no other charges. If you are a Monthly Hosting client, the hosting prices would still apply.

Here are the offerings, in no particular order:
OC Commerce, (OSC), an open source cart that is probably the most well known and the most popular. Here is a link to their website - OS Commerce website
CubeCart, a derivative of OS Commerce that is becoming very popular. Supposedly the easiest of the OSC types to use. Here is a link to their website - CubeCart website
ZenCart, another derivative of OS Commerce. Here is a link to their website - ZenCart website
AgoraCart, is an entirely different tpye of cart. Unlike the OSC types, it includes it's own database, rather than using MySQL as the database. Here is a link to their website - AgoraCart website
Some Examples. This link will take you to a page listing a variety of available colors and formats for one of the carts we offer - AgoraCart. There are 17 different color choices, several ways you can change the header (or supply us with the image) and a number of different page designs, as far as how many items per page and the manner in which they are presented. We will set up any of these color / configurations under our Initial Setup plans. Or we will simply do a free install of the default BlueGreen cart and you can make changes on your own. We will gladly install any one of these for you at no charge upon opening your hosting account. We also have several levels of support available for these shopping carts, from basic help getting you going to full and complete management of your cart for you. You just collect the orders and the money.
