If it is brought to our attention that one of our customers is violating this policy, we take steps to stop them and ensure it doesn't happen again. We also do everything within our power to keep non-customers from using our email servers for Spam.

All client information such as email, phone numbers, addresses, etc is used only for internal purposes. This contact information is used to get in touch with you when necessary and for announcements. Financial information that is collected is used to bill you for products and services only. All credit card information is collected on the secure servers of our payment processors, we do not receive that information in our systems, it is strictly handled by the processors.

There are times in the course of initating your account or supplying support where we must have your confidential login information. Again, we share this with no one and consider it as strictly confidential.

In fact, we caution you to change your passwords at least quarterly, if not more often, and will gladly supply a free "password generator" that produces random alpha-numeric strings of characters suitable for appropriate password use.
